Key Job Responsibilities
- Offering consistent, high-quality customer service to individual clients from your home
- Assisting clients via telephone with product/service inquiries and requests
- Utilizing available resources appropriately and accurately enter data
- Providing support to customers from your home
- Handling problems and providing resolutions that may require follow-up and/or escalation to a higher level
- Converting customer contacts into sales by matching the right product or service to the customer’s need
Qualifications and Abilities
- Must pass criminal background check
- Ability to resolve problems and providing resolutions that may require follow-up and/or escalation to a higher level
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to sit and type on a keyboard for long periods of time
- Multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented
- Commitment to continuous learning for to keep customer service skills and training current
- Ability to work some evenings, weekends, holidays and on-call shifts (although you may set your own hours)
